Ex-Health chief, 39 others face another criminal complaint as girl dies after taking Dengvaxia

12 year old Kristel Jean died of internal bleeding after being given Dengvaxia vaccine, a Dengue fever vaccine known to cause Dengue fever in persons not yet exposed. Despite this, health departments used it in a mass vaccination campaign that has now claimed 108 lives.

Her parents, Christopher and Ginalyn Magtira, accused 39 health workers of murder, and violations of the Anti-torture Act and Consumer Act.
